One of the issues raised by the demurrer is that the parties plaintiff to the original suit were not made parties to the mandamus
proceedings. Assuming that the former plaintiffs should have been made parties to this suit, it could hardly be maintained
that the substantial rights of said plaintiffs are not taken care of where it is shown that the motion to quash and the demurrer
was presented and prevailed.
